1. The preliminary competition will be held on two separate dates: November 17th (Wed) and November 23rd (Tues) 2026, at 10 Square @ Orchard Central (181 Orchard Rd, #10-01 Orchard Central Singapore 238896)

2. Each contestant's assigned competition date and performance time will be sent via email by 10 November.

3. The Organizer will assign contestants to either 17 November or 23 November based on their competition category. Requests for a preferred competition date or performance time will not be accommodated.

4. Participants will be notified of the competition results within 3-5 weeks after the preliminary rounds (via email).

​

5. Successful participants in the preliminary rounds will advance to the final competition of SIYPC, scheduled for Jan 20-30, 2027. 

6. Participants must not exceed 28 years of age (ensemble groups must have an average age under 28). 

7. Students from music conservatory programs are not allowed to register for Groups 3-12 and 32-34.

8. All repertoires must be performed from memory, except for Four Hands and Duo Piano categories.

​

9. Repertoire may be repeated from previous rounds.

10. Only classical music is accepted; non-classical repertoire will not be permitted. 

​

11. Pedal extenders are not provided at the venue. Please bring your own if needed.

5. 初赛优胜者将晋级 SIYPC 决赛，决赛定于2027年1月20日至30日举行

6. 参赛者年龄不得超过28岁（重奏/合奏组的平均年龄须低于28岁）

7. 音乐学院（专业音乐院校）的学生不得报名参加第3-12组及第32-34组的比赛

8. 除四手联弹和双钢琴组别外，所有曲目均须背谱演奏

9. 比赛曲目可重复使用（即初赛曲目可在后续轮次中再次演奏）

10. 仅限演奏古典音乐；不允许演奏非古典音乐曲目

11. 比赛现场不提供钢琴踏板延长器，如有需要，请参赛者自备
